Bar prices were unreasonably high.

missingWrote a review on Nov 02outdoor loungingparking hassleexpensive drinksdifficult air conditioning
Comfortable outdoor lounging available.
Parking was a real hassle during our stay, with limited spots available. We also found the bar prices outrageously expensive for the quality of drinks served. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was difficult to use, especially with the balcony door being opened and closed frequently.

Had a sweet as time, eh? Staff were awesome, really friendly. Felt a bit noisy at times from nearby rooms, and the food selection could've done with some more options. But the beach access was a real highlight!

Where it excels and where it fails
The location is fantastic, right along the beachfront with a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast offered diverse options that helped kickstart the day energetically.
Room cleanliness was inconsistent, with unemptied trash noted. noise disturbances affected sleep quality from both neighboring rooms and external sources.

Family with children, nice but not cheap
We had a lovely time enjoying the delicious food at the restaurant, tons of different choices every day. The moment I walked into the lobby, the staff immediately offered us refreshing drinks, made us feel welcomed like royalty,,, it was a great start.
It wasn't exactly a bargain,,, but honestly, I’ve seen worse.

Here’s my unfiltered experience
Great location right on the beach, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The room was slightly small, but I loved the balcony view overlooking the charming courtyard. Breakfast offered various options, ensuring a good start to the day. Just a bit of a walk to the old town, but enjoyable with scenic views.

missingWrote a review on Sept 08early pooloverpriced drinks
the pool closed too early, which is simply unacceptable, especially after a long day. i also encountered expensive drinks—the bar poured from a half-finished bottle like i was some kind of charity case. and don't even get me started on the air conditioning. i expected more than just basic amenities for my stay.

I just had an amazing time with delicious meals and the option to swap dinner for lunch when needed! It was such a nice touch that they really cared for how I felt during my stay. A downside was the limited Wi-Fi access in rooms, which could definitely improve my experience.

I loved the breakfast—so many options, especially the fresh orange juice to squeeze! The pool area was always clean and had plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately, the shower had some limescale buildup that needed attention.

The air conditioning could use a bit of a rethink. opening the balcony door made it tricky to figure out. Pool hours were frustratingly short, closing at 6 PM, and the bar prices felt steep. And while the beach chairs are cheap at 6 euros, the hotel could really use more outlets, especially USB ports, in the rooms. Plus, some rooms suffer from noise issues early in the morning due to the cleaning crew, which might not sit well with those wanting a good sleep.

Food options really impressed me. Variety and local specialties made meals enjoyable. The evening entertainment could be better planned. One night was quite disorganized with the karaoke.

It was just a strong match for getting around the area in Rethymno with all in all brilliant value for money. The animation program was super fun, especially the Greek dance lessons which added a nice local touch. Make sure to enjoy the clean beach area early in the morning for a peaceful start to the day.

Rethymno vibes 🌊
Had a sun-soaked brekkie every morning and the garden vibes were lekker—lush and green, way better than the photos! Staff were super friendly, always up for a chat. The beach is just across the road, which was a bonus!
The room was a bit noisy in the mornings—ah man, those cleaners start early!
